The phrase "God is still God" is not a direct quote from a single Bible verse. 

However, the sentiment that God is unchanging, sovereign, and always in control is found throughout Scripture. 

Scripture conveys God's unchanging nature and sovereignty. 

For example, Psalm 46:10 emphasizes God's control by stating, "Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth".
